Yes, I think also that in a democracy one can see a very privaleged elected group who control the publics funds and propety to benefit their own agenda. I can see this happening in congress and locally. Congressmen are soliciting funds while at the same time they have huge campaign reserves and six figure incomes. The soliciting is of course directed also towards th e people who perhaps have very little income.
